Paragraph 206. - 3. The Magistracy

206. The Commissioners are of the view that Mr. Irving I. Duncan and Mr. Lloyd St. Louis demonstrated that they failed to discharge their judicial offices as Magistrates with fairness and competence and respectfully suggest that the Judicial and Legal Services Commission enquire into their conduct with the view to determining whether His Excellency the Governor General should be advised to remove them from their offices as Magistrates.
